IUI #6 - 1dpiui

I had the IUI yesterday. Everything went well. Burt's count was 498 million. My favorite nurse did it and it didn't hurt much at all. I then went shopping with Mama, Amy, Todd, and Noah while Burt and Eli went to the church to pick up the bus and the youth - we went to the Third Day Concert last night. It was AWESOME!!! I think I ovulated around 4:00 pm yesterday b/c all of a sudden I was doubled over with cramps - not pain - just really hard CRAMPS. Now we wait....

Eli and I have been hanging out and relaxing all day. We didn't get home till 1:30 am so he slept until 11:00 this morning. Friends are coming over tonight to play the Wii.

Hi I pray that everything goes well for you this month. I have a question...I am okay under medical terms and my husband and I are using donor spermo my first IUi my doctor did not want to give me clomid but I fought for it and she gave it to me. Well that cycle did not work. Now this cycle they didn't want me to do clomid only a natural cycle, i've been doing the OPK and I must have surged very very early because I started checking on day 18 and nothing. I asked my doctors nurse the one that was assigned to me about doing clomid and a trigger shot and she said that I would have to injectables and a trigger shot and that would cost $1,500. I think she is trying to discourage me. I know that I can take clomid pills and a trigger shot. I need advice please...what keeps me sane is knowing that if one cycle doesn't work all I have to wait is two weeks to start another one. I have had major heartache as I am sure anyone going through Infertility has...I have come to terms with the fact that my husband has no sperm but there is only some much a person can handle...

So when is you're pregnancy test date? I'm praying for you. We conceived our daughter with IUI almost 9 years ago. Good luck!
